an inkcap mushroom hat, complete with gills, shaggy little scales, black goo oozing off the brim, and a cottonwood branch nestled comfortably in a leather band. all elements of this hat were lovingly and meticulously wet felted in one continuous piece using soft, light and buoyant merino fibres. a happy little cottonwood companion accompanies her on all adventures that are yet to come!
